had a fantastic valentine's day getaway at a beautiful lodge in cranborne. exceeded our expectations with spacious rooms, fully-equipped kitchen, and a private hot tub. the small touches like lemon cake and bread made us feel welcome. can't wait to return for another relaxing break.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with delicious lemon cake and local treats. The lodge was clean, modern, and had a comfy bed. The hot tub and sauna were perfect for relaxation. The staff were friendly and helpful. A tranquil escape from busy life.

One minor negative aspect was the absence of Wi-Fi, which would have been helpful for planning activities and making reservations.

I couldn't believe the value for money at this place! The room was cozy and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful views and peacefulness.

The morning meal could have been improved with hotter water for the shower, but it was only a minor inconvenience.

We were impressed by the recommended local Indian takeaway. it was a high-standard and luxurious break, perfect for a romantic getaway.

The approach lane to the lodges is a bit pothole-ridden, so it is advisable to have a vehicle with a high wheelbase.

our second stay in cranborne was even better than the first. new forest lodges provided us with a lovely cabin that had everything we needed, including a sauna and hot tub. the peaceful surroundings and friendly owners made it a perfect getaway. we'll definitely be returning.

Uncomfortable bed.

We had such a lovely little getaway at New Forest Lodges! It was our 10th Anniversary and we wanted somewhere romantic and relaxing, and this was exactly that! The lodge was warm and cosy, and we were delighted to find homemade bread, cake, and milk waiting for us. The location was beautiful, with lakes and pretty walks nearby. The hot tub was a perfect bonus and the whole family enjoyed it. Checking in was a breeze, with the key already in the lodge. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a romantic and peaceful retreat.

We had an amazing stay at New Forest Lodges! The value for money was great and the lodges were filled with character. The location was perfect, giving us a feeling of being off the grid while still being close to a supermarket. The staff were friendly and cute, and the small touches like fresh bread and homemade cake made us feel right at home.

The breakfast option could have been improved with a wider variety of choices.

The lodge was perfect - hot tub, sauna, clean, great location, dog-friendly.
